Perfect shrub cocktails for the holidays

The holidays are here! Here are 3 delicious shrub cocktails to serve at your next holiday gathering. Impress your guests with these colorful, complex, and tasty drinks that are also easy to make, leaving you more time to spend with your friends.

    Cranberry Ginger Fizz

    (makes 1 serving)

    • 3 oz Tartly Ginger Pear Shrub
    • 3 oz vodka 
    • 3 oz cranberry juice
    • 1 wedge of lime
    • 2-3 fresh cranberries
    • Fresh rosemary sprig (optional)

      Add 1/2 cup of ice to a tall glass. Add vodka and cranberry juice. Top off with Tartly Ginger Pear Shrub and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice from the wedge. Add a couple of fresh cranberries. Stir. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

    Blueberry Sangria

    (makes 1 pitcher)

    • Two 12-oz bottles Tartly Blueberry Lemon Shrub
    • 1-½ cups chilled white wine
    • ¼ cup orange-flavored liqueur
    • 1 orange, sliced
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • 1 cup fresh blueberries

      Into a 2-quart pitcher, combine wine and liqueur. Add orange and lemon slices and fresh blueberries. Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in Tartly Blueberry Lemon Shrub. Serve in glasses over ice cubes.

    Tartly Mojito

    (makes 1 serving)

    • 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) Tartly Lime Mint Shrub
    • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
    • 1/4 lime, cut into wedges
    • 1.5 fl oz white rum
    • 1 cup ice cubes

      Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over ice. Fill the glass with Tartly Lime Mint Shrub. Stir, taste, enjoy!
